How to report a problem with the app

Found something broken? This is the place to report it. To help us squash bugs faster, please check if someone else has already reported the same issue before starting a new thread.

High-quality reports get fixed first. Here is how to write one that doesn’t leave us guessing.


How to help us fix your issue:

1. A Clear Title

  • Bad: “It’s broken” or “Help!!”
  • Good: “Submit button stays greyed out on the Checkout page (Safari/iOS)”

2. Steps to Reproduce
Tell us exactly what buttons to click to see the bug.

  1. Log in as a guest.
  2. Add any item to the cart.
  3. Go to the checkout page and try to click ‘Submit’.
  4. Result: Nothing happens and no error message appears.

3. Expected vs. Actual Result

  • Expected: I should be redirected to the payment confirmation page.
  • Actual: The button clicks, but the page stays static.

4. Your Setup (The Environment)
Bugs often hide in specific browsers or versions. Please list:

  • Device: (e.g., MacBook Pro M2, Samsung S23)
  • OS: (e.g., Windows 11, iOS 17)
  • Browser: (e.g., Chrome v122, Firefox)
