Designed to simplify complex data, the score analyzes how well you’ve aligned your habits with your body’s natural needs. Below, we break down the specific metrics that go into your daily calculation and how you can use these insights to improve your sleep night after night.
The score is based on 6 key elements, which are then normalized to a final grade from 1 to 10:
- Sleep Questionnaire: Your subjective rating of the night’s rest (Scale 1–5).
- Sleep Consistency: Did you go to bed on time? (+1 point)
- Sunrise Protocol: Did you complete your light exposure guidance? (+2 points)
- Sunset Protocol: Did you follow your smart evening routine? (+2 points)
- Caffeine Buffer: Did you stop caffeine intake at least 6 hours before bedtime? If yes (+1 point). If you consumed caffeine within the 6-hour window (-2 points).
- Food Buffer: Did you finish eating at least 2 hours before bedtime? If yes (+1 point). If you ate within the 2-hour window (-1 point).
